I loved exploring the Saunter Through Spring Hill Heritage Trail, the Queen Street Mall was a shopper's paradise, and the beautiful Queenslander buildings added a charming touch to the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional, from the spotless reception area to the flawless condition of the rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a lovely on-site cafe and free parking available. Transportation was a breeze, thanks to the convenient location near the free city bus stop right outside the front door. The staff were the highlight of my stay, as they went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable.

Spent Christmas at a hotel recently and they offered us complimentary wine and snacks, which was a nice touch. the location was also great, close to all the attractions and river walks. Plus, the view from our room was amazing.

The noise level was high at night. the curtains didn't block out the street lights very well and there was some traffic noise.

I was delighted to encounter familiar faces that I had seen three years ago at the reception and during breakfast. It was refreshing to be greeted by the same polite and friendly ladies once again. The hotel is well positioned and offers good facilities in the rooms, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The free parking was also a bonus.

Friendly and helpful staff is the highlight. I spoke to one of the staff members prior to my arrival and it wasn't a pleasant experience. However, when I arrived, I was relieved to find that the staff at Metropolitan Spring Hill Motel were absolutely friendly and helpful. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I felt so welcome thanks to Kevin and Pamela's kind hospitality. The location of the motel is also very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great deal for the price! The rooms are very modern with soft and comfortable bed linens, and some even have a view. The staff are super helpful and provide great service. Not to mention, the location is very convenient being located on a heavily used street and between two pubs.

The toilet flushing was a bit of a pain, but overall, everything was okay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and had an incredible experience. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to St Andrew's hospital, which made it very easy for me to visit. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Additionally, they offered a delicious breakfast spread with a variety of options. I was impressed with the facilities and the attention to detail.

The slow WiFi connection, which could be improved.
