I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and laundry facilities at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. the location was perfect for us - just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shopping spots, and the casino.

It would be nice if the hotel could find a way to address this issue.

We appreciated the convenient location close to everything, with good proximity to Pac Fair and bus exchange, as well as Mermaid beach. the cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Despite the shadowy balcony, the convenient pathway to the beach made up for it. Bonus points for the missing remote control mystery in the master bedroom. It kept things interesting.

I was not informed about the surrounding construction works that caused noise and dust, which made it difficult to relax on the balcony or use the swimming pool.

The location of the resort was fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and making use of the BBQ area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that there was no food on-site, but there were plenty of nearby options for dining out or getting food delivered. we had a great experience at Montego Sands Resort and would definitely recommend it.
