On my recent stay at this hotel in Kempsey, I had a surprisingly pleasant experience. the receptionist was friendly and accommodating, even offering a free room upgrade with an additional bed. the room was generally clean, and I was delighted to find complimentary toiletries. the ambiance felt welcoming, despite some signs of wear and tear. For a budget motel, it had a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel as a convenient stopover for all your needs.

The furnishings in the room could use some updating, especially considering the price per night. the narrow bathroom and dirty lounge area were a bit disappointing.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially towards the kids, making us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the free upgrade to a larger room with an extra bed was a pleasant surprise for our big family.

The database provided was very extensive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and access information quickly. the room I stayed in had a very comfy bed on ground level, making it convenient for me to relax and unwind after a long day.

The only minor downside I experienced was that the wifi in the room was a bit spotty at times, making it a bit challenging to stay connected while I was working on my laptop. this was a very minor issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night’s sleep. the location was convenient as it was close to the main road and a major shopping area. I also appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome upon arrival.

One downside to my stay was the lack of strong Wi-Fi signal in the room, making it difficult to do work online. the air conditioning unit was quite old and made a lot of noise, which was a bit distracting.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful hosts, great food, quiet location.
