I absolutely loved the remote setting of the property, with a beautiful walkway through the forest and the chance to spot a wallaby from our balcony. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the cold weather was no match for the heating downstairs and electric blankets.

The property fell short on the B&B front, lacking in maintenance and upgrades, making it the worst night's sleep during our Tassie trip. The beds were too soft, the mattresses needing an upgrade, and the lack of homely touches like low, hung wall pictures and furniture made the place feel stark.
