the apartment was beautifully appointed with amazing views of the beach and river canals. the amenities were top-notch, and the owners were incredibly helpful. the location was perfect, close to attractions like Macintosh Island Park and Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets. the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool and BBQ area added to the enjoyment of our family bonding time. the grounds were well-maintained, although the building itself appeared a bit dated. Nonetheless, our overall experience was highly enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I was pampered with all comforts I expected, and even got groceries ready in my apartment. I could relax on a private boardwalk, enjoy kids' areas and park my boat. Plus, free weekly linen change for longer stays!

The apartment was decked out so well and immaculate, not to mention the killer views you get from the balcony. It was big, quiet, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. the beach right across was awesome! UNFORTUNATELY, some of the glass doors and panels were see-through which wasn’t ideal for privacy, especially when someone was in bed early. 😬

The beachfront location is tops for family fun, with epic views from every window. Easy access to Surfers Paradise buzz and free undercover parking make it a sweet deal. Plus, plenty of amenities sorted us out, from laundry to cooking. And those nearby eats at Misono Japanese Steakhouse and House Of India? Ripper!

Bit bummer on the lack of basic supplies and dated bed fabrics, but we made it work with a quick trip to the supermarket. All in all, a solid stay with a few quirks.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, just across from the beach and in a quiet non-touristy neighborhood. We loved the fact that there was a bus stop nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from car hire and grocery shopping assistance to organizing tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washing machine and dryer came in handy during our stay. The flat-screen TV and spacious dining table added to our comfort. The outdoor facilities such as the swimming pool, BBQ area, and sun loungers were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the on-site car park and luggage storage made our stay even more convenient.

Had an awesome time over New Year - the view from the apartment was breathtaking and being just a few minutes' walk from the beach was a huge bonus. the staff were super friendly, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants.

That the internet connection was pretty weak, which made it difficult to work remotely. the location is not ideal for those who prefer not to walk, as the shops and restaurants are about a kilometer away.
