The room was impeccably clean and recently renovated, offering a view of both the city and ocean from the balcony. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pools and spa were well-maintained. the location was ideal, close to Pacific Fair shopping mall and within walking distance of the beach and parks. This proximity to landmarks like Broadbeach Mall and Pratten Park made family bonding activities easy, while the hotel's relaxation facilities, including the sauna, swimming pools, and jacuzzi.

We enjoyed the convenient location to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Hotel facilities such as the pool, sauna, and tennis courts were well-maintained. Free parking was a bonus, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time during my New Year's stay! the apartment was super clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to bus and tram services. Plus, the shopping center across the road was a huge bonus, offering a wide range of stores. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The noise pollution was a bit of a letdown, as my room was located close to a busy road and shopping mall. It was difficult to relax with the constant noise from cars and bikes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the provided database. the room was compact but had a great sit out, along with a well laid out washer and dryer and basic kitchen utilities. the spacious and clean room offered breathtaking views of the beach and Pacific Fair.

The only downside I found was that the room was a little dated, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Neptune Resort! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the beach and easy access to the tram terminal and shopping center. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the small balcony. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated having a dishwasher. The pool and other amenities were also great. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
