I always return for my city trips. Staff guided me on dining directions. Nesuto Docklands suits me perfectly - Free Wi-Fi, On-site parking, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre. I appreciate the Laundry, Flat-screen TV, and Express check-in/out for a hassle-free stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel - from the moment I checked in until I checked out, everything was just perfect! the rooms are new, clean, and well-equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. the bed was super cozy, and the pillows made for a peaceful night's sleep. I loved the convenient location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just downstairs. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.

While my stay was fantastic overall, there were a few minor things that could be improved. the extraction fan in the room ran continuously without an option to turn it off, which was a bit annoying.

Staying at Nesuto was incredibly convenient for my regular medical visits, with the ferry nearby. the attentive manager, Justin, provided exceptional care during a medical emergency. the nearby Asian food court, Woolworths, and tram stop within the free zone made it even more ideal. Quick response to any concerns, such as changing dirty sheets promptly. Free upgrade to a high-level one-bedroom apartment with stunning views and modern amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and well-equipped room at the apartment. the convenience of having a Woolworths just a minute away made it easy to grab any essentials. the location with nearby trams was very convenient. Despite a minor issue with the TV, the reception staff promptly fixed it. the cleanliness and comfort of the room, along with the friendly housekeeping service, left a positive impression on me. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

just had an incredible stay at nesuto docklands. the room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a great shower and bathroom. the kitchen facilities were a bonus, and the bed was super comfy. loved the usb charges by the bed and the well-equipped kitchenette. great gym, friendly receptionists, and convenient location close to shops and restaurants. a fantastic value for money!

I absolutely adored the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel's lobby and common areas. the beautiful furnishings and soft lighting made me feel right at home. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with spacious corridors and well-placed handrails making it easy for us to navigate around comfortably.

I would suggest more seating with cushions for the children working there.

The hotel's location was spot on! the bustling area around was amazing to explore, with so many places to eat and drink. the staff was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. We loved the balcony in our room that gave us a great view of the city. the bed was so comfortable that it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.

Sadly, the bed sheets were not clean. Some of them had markings on them, which was not a pleasing sight.
