I love staying here! First time, they helped print tickets. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, free parking, laundry, and TV. Handy kitchen stuff. Easy access for me. No pets, air-con, and smoke-free rooms make it great. Already booked to return for Christmas!

stayed at a nearby event last time. this time, new inn motel surprised us with spacious, clean rooms, lovely staff, and a delightful continental breakfast in a quiet location perfect for walking to shops. the quaint, old-fashioned ambiance added charm to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a motel in Richmond. The location was great, with easy access to the main highway but surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. I loved the convenience of having breakfast delivered to my room the night before. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The bed, although slightly worn, still provided a comfortable night's sleep. I highly recommend this motel for its great location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this motel! the continental breakfast was delivered right to our room the night before, perfect for a lazy morning. the room had a small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. the location was very convenient as it was close to a main highway, but surprisingly noise-free. the staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but it still provided a decent night's sleep. the blanket was a little scratchy for my taste, so I ended up using the microfiber blanket instead.

An unexpected surprise! This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, providing excellent service. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Main Street and with plenty of parking available. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the rooms, with good facilities to match. The continental breakfast, delivered to the room the night before, was a great way to start the day.
