Conveniently located in the city with attentive and courteous staff. Enjoyed the complimentary extras like tea, coffee, and mini-bar items. The sleep pods were a nice touch. Good value for money with a decent breakfast. The gym has adequate equipment.

our recent stay at a hotel in brisbane exceeded expectations! the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with breakfast and understanding when we had an accident in the room. the location was perfect, with southbank and the botanic gardens just a short walk away. the facilities were excellent and everything was clean. overall, we loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

The location of the hotel was perfect - right across the mall and close to all the shops. We loved how everything was within walking distance and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in the heart of Brisbane city center for a few nights. The central location was perfect, with easy access to transport links and shopping malls. The rooms were immaculately clean and welcoming. The staff were excellent, always polite and helpful. The pool area and lounge were very relaxing, providing a great place to unwind. I was also impressed by the additional services such as the pantry and transit lounge, as well as having two bars on site for convenience. a fantastic experience.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Queen Street mall, in the heart of the city and only a short walk to Southbank. I loved how close everything was, it made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great bathroom facilities.

There was poor communication from the staff when a light in my room wasn't working. Despite multiple calls, I was not given an ETA for a fix, which was frustrating.

The breakfast spread at the hotel was exceptional. From gourmet cheese to freshly baked croissants, everything was delicious. Plus, the location in the CBD was perfect for exploring the city. I'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the shops and right in the heart of the city. The room was well-appointed with a comfy bed and great amenities. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast was delicious, especially the bacon and eggs. The hotel had great facilities, like a lovely lounge area, a pool, and free tea and coffee. The staff provided excellent service and the check-in was smooth.

The only issue we faced was trying to find the hotel. The access road was confusing, with signs stating it was for emergency services and taxis only.

Spent new years in central location near the shopping area. the room was pleasant and tidy. one notable advantage was the pool area, which had great views and was well-maintained.

The menu was subpar, no options to select from for a healthy meal through room service.

Located in the city center close to everything, this hotel gives off an opulent vibe. the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and came with exclusive amenities. We really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant had a vast variety of special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was luxurious with plenty of seating. the private facilities were also impressive.

There was only one minor issue which was the process of accessing different floors. We had guests on different floors and we had to meet them on the ground floor before heading up together.
