The Next Hotel Melbourne, Curio Collection By Hilton impressed me with its modern design and well-equipped rooms. the location is perfect for shopping and the staff was friendly and efficient. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and comfortable amenities. However, the reliance on QR codes and lack of personal touch was a downside. Despite this, the relaxation facilities added to our enjoyment, allowing us to unwind after exploring nearby landmarks like Federation Square and the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, creating memorable family bonding experiences.

This hotel is a stunning gem in the heart of the city! the atmosphere oozes luxury from the moment you step in. the exclusive amenities in the room were exquisite, from the large TV and comfortable bed to the beautiful private facilities. the restaurant served a wide range of dishes with special diet menus available upon request. the service was on point and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the location advantages was a definite plus being close to the city's popular landmarks!

the bar/lounge area had limited options available, but that being said, the staff were able to make us some delicious cocktails off the menu upon request.

We spent thanksgiving at a beautiful hotel with amazing interiors. the customer service was excellent, as the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and drink vouchers provided. the beds were comfy, blackout curtains ensured a peaceful restful sleep. the amenities were great, particularly the Dyson hairdryer. the location was also perfect, close to cool laneways with great restaurants.

The in-room dining and breakfast menus were quite restricted. we were shocked that there was no decaf coffee available at the hotel's coffee shops.

The hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including providing an umbrella during the rainy weather and a scale for our luggage. The amenities, such as the fitness area and lobby work stations, were impressive. The location was also a major advantage, with shops, gardens, and cafes nearby. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were exceptional, offering delicious food and drinks. The overall customer service exceeded our expectations.

We arrived before check-in time, and despite being offered an alternative room, we had to wait for our original room to be ready. The communication regarding the room availability could have been better, as we were not informed in advance that our room was still not ready when we arrived to check-in.
