The corner rooms offered a delightful view of the city lights, perfect for guests who enjoy waking up to natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were accommodating to special requests such as soft pillows. The on-site restaurant was great, with attentive and fun staff. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city.

This hotel is a stunning gem in the heart of the city! The atmosphere oozes luxury from the moment you step in. The exclusive amenities in the room were exquisite, from the large TV and comfortable bed to the beautiful private facilities. The restaurant served a wide range of dishes with special diet menus available upon request. The service was on point and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location advantages was a definite plus being close to the city's popular landmarks!

The only minor issue was that the in-room breakfast service wasn't available during our stay, but that didn't affect our overall enjoyment. The bar/lounge area had limited options available, but that being said, the staff were able to make us some delicious cocktails off the menu upon request.

We spent thanksgiving at a beautiful hotel with amazing interiors. The customer service was excellent, as the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and drink vouchers provided. The beds were comfy, blackout curtains ensured a peaceful restful sleep. The amenities were great, particularly the Dyson hairdryer. The location was also perfect, close to cool laneways with great restaurants.

We did find a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The in-room dining and breakfast menus were quite restricted.

We arrived before check-in time, and despite being offered an alternative room, we had to wait for our original room to be ready. The communication regarding the room availability could have been better, as we were not informed in advance that our room was still not ready when we arrived to check-in.

Located near Parliament train station, it's easy to explore the city from here. The free zone tram stops conveniently near the hotel, giving easy access to shops, cafes, and gardens, without the noise and crowds. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with great toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The staff provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

Some guests experienced teething problems with staff and difficulty reaching reception or anyone on the phone.
