Convenient location, helpful staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was as expected, with nuts and seeds, but we knew that beforehand. Manager provided bowls for cereal when we wanted to use coffee cups. Looking forward to the opening of the Belgian Beer Cafe for Hoegaarden White Beer. Pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to local transport and a short distance away from Perth underground. It is also within walking distance of His Majesties theatre. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. The en-suite facilities are a good size and the decor of the hotel is beautiful. Additionally, guests receive a food & beverage discount card which is a great advantage.

Some guests have mentioned that there can be noise from the pub and restaurant below, which may be bothersome for light sleepers.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable, providing the best sleep during our two-week getaway. The air conditioner was a lifesaver in the hot Perth summer, cooling both rooms effectively. The hotel's location was excellent, close to where I was working and dining/networking. The drink on arrival was a nice touch after a long commute from the airport. The housekeeper's handwritten welcome note added a personal touch.

the communication and check-in process was chaotic, with no room access keys available upon arrival. the cleanliness of the room was questionable, with stains on the bed sheet and a towel hanging in the bathroom with chips and mold.

Comfortable mattress, brilliant air conditioner, great location. Appreciated the drink on arrival and handwritten welcome note. Stayed 2 nights before heading to Bunbury. Beds super comfy, twin room with separate rooms, fantastic value. View not important, bar downstairs is perfect. Staff polite and friendly. Will be first choice when heading to Perth. Had an excellent Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel in a great location with lots of attractions, bars and restaurants nearby. Was greeted with a warm welcome and free drinks during check-in. the room was well-maintained and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. the bathroom was nice, with great toiletries and fresh towels to use. the included breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. a lovely experience!

That the internet was slow and not always reliable, making it difficult to keep up with work emails and browse online. the lighting in the room was not as bright as we would have liked.

The restaurant had delicious food, although we missed out on the mussels. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Despite being above a pub, the noise level was bearable, and I had a peaceful sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and attractions. The studio family room was worth every penny, providing ample space and amenities. The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth.
