Indulging in a massage or facial at the onsite spa was a highlight, and the opulent treatment rooms added to the luxurious experience. The villa itself was stunning, and the convenient location made my stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Restaurant and service need improvement.

The spacious villas, beautiful gardens filled with wildlife, and excellent spa services made for a truly relaxing stay. the limited restaurant menu and noise levels from neighboring villas could be improved.

The facilities are stunning and well-maintained with a beautiful main pool. The food is delicious, and the daily food vouchers make the stay affordable. The staff is helpful and already have answers to questions. The location is perfect and the spa is a must.

The Balinese Villa with a drop pool provides a luxurious and relaxing experience. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are both delicious and generous, with the roasted cauliflower being a standout. The resort's main pool area is well-maintained, and guests are provided with chilled water upon arrival.

The beds in some villas are reported to be too hard, which may affect comfort levels.

We had a great stay at this resort. the villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

The uncomfortable bed. the mattress was too hard and the pillows were not supportive enough for a good night's sleep.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering an array of treatments and massages. the swimming pool and outdoor area were immaculate, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas readily available for relaxation. the restaurant and bar area offered delectable dishes and exquisite cocktails that truly satisfied my taste buds.

Although the room was designed to perfection, there was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the couch in the lounge area. Despite this, the room advantages were exceptional, including a pool with a view and a beautiful outdoor dining area.
