It's just a short 5-10 minute walk downhill to the beach and the Surf Club, making it convenient for beach lovers. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with balconies offering stunning views of the ocean and coast. The resort also offers facilities such as a 55-inch TV and a well-appointed kitchen, providing all the conveniences for a comfortable stay.

Some of the residences face the youth hostel and experience noise from wild parties, which can be disruptive to guests staying in those units.

We recently stayed at a comfortable and well-presented apartment at Noosa Residences. The beds were fine, and the living areas were comfortable. The apartment was of a very good standard overall. The location was terrific, being close to Hastings Street and the beach, yet still providing a tranquil and peaceful setting. The villa we stayed in was spacious, allowing for both family activities together and separate. Additionally, the complex was impeccably maintained, and we enjoyed using the pool. The short walk to Hastings Street and the beach made for a stress-free holiday. I would highly recommend Noosa Residences for a relaxing family getaway.

Staying at this place was a luxurious experience in the heart of nature. Surrounded by beautiful greenery and nestled in the trees, the location was perfect. It was just a short 5-10 minute walk downhill to the beach and the National Park. The serene rainforest atmosphere added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The amenities in the rooms were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The balcony and terrace were lovely spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great convenience.

The apartments were fully equipped, stylishly furnished, and comfortable. The beds were superbly cleaned and presented. The rooms were spacious and perfect for entertaining. The location was conveniently close to Hastings Street and the beach, yet still provided privacy. The service and communication from Brooke and Nick were exceptional.

We spent a wonderful Xmas holiday at this beautiful house. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the restaurants. the house was modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the three bathrooms, which made it easy for our family to get ready. the outdoor balcony was our favorite place, we loved having our breakfast there while listening to the birds. the view was amazing, we could see the sunset every evening. the communication with the host was excellent, she made sure we had everything we needed.

That there were no screens on the windows and doors, so we had to close them to keep the bugs out. As a result, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked.
