The database provided was very user-friendly, making it easy to access and search for desired information. the room I stayed in was excellent, with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. the main bedroom was spacious and provided a nice retreat at the end of the day.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, especially in bad weather when dirt and mud could easily be tracked in. Having more room in the main bedroom would have been helpful for storing luggage and other belongings.

The hotel is a great value for money with attention to detail. the location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. the camping grounds are well-kept and the rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave.

We hit up the triplets entertainment spot for karaoke night and danced 'til dawn at the party club. the beach was lit for surfing and chilling. Staff hooked us up with insider tips for cool hangouts, making our vacay unforgettable.

Wish there was a cooler area for late-night hangs for party-goers like us, maybe a designated bonfire spot with music.

The staff at this hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful, even offering me a credit to use another time. the facilities were very comfortable, all amenities available, I will definitely return. the location is awesome, just a short stroll to the bay beach at Port Stephens and a quick bike ride to Hawks Nest shops and the surf beach. Outdoor activities like beach access, BBQ facilities, and beachfront area were fantastic. the hotel is a short two-minute walk to the white sands of Port Stephens, which was fantastic for the kids. the proximity to local landmarks like Jean Shaw Koala Reserve, Bennetts Beach, and Jimmy's Beach made it easy to explore the area.

I found the Wi-Fi a bit tricky at times, perhaps they could improve the connectivity. enlarging the entry street for better access and adding a gate for safety between the camping area and the bush could enhance the overall experience.

What an awesome experience! We had a blast celebrating Easter at this resort. the park offered enough space for the entire family, with a wide range of site options that featured grassy areas, cement slabs, and matting for easy setup. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean beach and the kids were thrilled to play on the nearby playground! the amenities were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with family bathrooms and easy access for the disabled. Plus, we were blown away by the abundance of birds and nature surrounding the park.

While we loved our time at this resort, we could have used a little more excitement in the evenings. the location was a bit secluded, meaning there weren't many options for nightlife after a day of activities.
