We had a fantastic time here! The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar and a flat-screen television. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers, and the terrace was a great spot to relax with a drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were given a lovely welcome drink on arrival. this place is luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality service.

As a light sleeper, I was pleased with the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The modern rooms and quirky art added to the pleasant ambiance. The VW van coffee shop was a unique and enjoyable addition.

Great location close to shops, transport, and beach. We received two free complimentary drinks which were a nice surprise. The room was spacious and had great views of the scenery.

We had to wait for 45 minutes at check-in and no one attended us, leaving us unattended. we called the after-hours number multiple times, and no one answered, which was frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at Nova! The location was perfect, with the main street and beach just a short walk away. The room I stayed in was clean, light, and airy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with beautiful linen. I also appreciated the value for money that Nova offered. The pool was a great feature, although it would have been nice to have some shade or shelters to sit under. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a broken kitchen bin lid and a shower screen that didn't prevent water from going everywhere, these were small inconveniences that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend Nova to others!

We had a very happy stay at Nova in Kiama. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite being located behind a pub and dining area, the room was quiet, and we hardly heard any noise. The heavy blinds provided excellent sun-blocking capabilities, allowing for a peaceful sleep-in. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Blowhole, specialty shops, eateries, and a supermarket. It served as a great base for day trips. The shower was wonderful, and the overall experience was highly satisfactory.

It would have been nice to have teaspoons available in the room for making tea and coffee.
