The Novotel in the Barossa is a true gem. The location is perfect, close to Tanunda and surrounded by wineries. The resort itself is stunning, with pristine rooms and great facilities. The large outdoor chess game was a hit with the kids, providing endless fun. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next visit.

We had a good festive experience at a hotel in a vineyard region. We got gifts on arrival and complementary drinks for Christmas day. We enjoyed the Christmas-themed decor and could see the vineyards from our room.

The hotel needs an update. The sofas were uncomfortable and curtains were old and hard to move.

The staff at this hotel were top-notch, providing excellent service and ensuring our every need was met. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with beds so cozy that we even wanted to buy the same ones for our own home. The onsite restaurant, The Cellar Kitchen, served delicious food, and we were impressed by how well the staff handled a challenging situation one night. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

I recently stayed at a lovely resort in the countryside on a business trip to explore the surrounding vineyards. The location was perfect, nestled in the valley and close to some really great vineyards. The room was large and well-appointed with beautiful views overlooking the valley. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service was efficient and the staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items to choose from. it was a great experience.

The restaurant service during dinner was a bit slow.

We stayed at Novotel for a few nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and accommodating, moving us to a room with better TV reception. The room was comfortable, with a kitchenette and a balcony with a stunning view of the vineyards. The restaurant served delicious, locally sourced food. The location was perfect for exploring wineries and the hotel had a lovely pool area.
