We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing views from our room. the pool provided a refreshing break on warm days. Room service promptly addressed any needs. Despite the cold pool and minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable. the grounds were well-manicured, and breakfast options were satisfactory. we'll recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. the location is stunning, offering outstanding views that are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the room was spacious, well, equipped, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely balcony overlooking grapevines where we spotted kangaroos and parrots. the on, site restaurant served amazing dinner, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

The Novotel in the Barossa is a true gem. The location is perfect, close to Tanunda and surrounded by wineries. The resort itself is stunning, with pristine rooms and great facilities. The large outdoor chess game was a hit with the kids, providing endless fun. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next visit.

We had a good festive experience at a hotel in a vineyard region. We got gifts on arrival and complementary drinks for Christmas day. We enjoyed the Christmas-themed decor and could see the vineyards from our room.

The hotel needs an update. the sofas were uncomfortable and curtains were old and hard to move.

We stayed at Novotel for a few nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and accommodating, moving us to a room with better TV reception. The room was comfortable, with a kitchenette and a balcony with a stunning view of the vineyards. The restaurant served delicious, locally sourced food. The location was perfect for exploring wineries and the hotel had a lovely pool area.
