While the spacious King Suite was clean and offered a nice city skyline view, we were initially disappointed with an outdated room. the staff swiftly moved us to a renovated one, enhancing our experience. the indoor pool and sauna were great for family relaxation, and nearby parks like Cahill Park Playground made for delightful outings with our baby. the breakfast setup could be more family-friendly, but overall, the location and amenities offered enjoyable moments for us as a family.

The outdoor pool was amazing, and we totally soaked up the sun on those beds. Plus, hitting the tennis court was a blast – let’s just say we had some epic matches! The vibe was so perfect, and the staff were super chill too. Can’t wait to go back! Honestly, it would’ve been lit if they had a better party scene or events for us young folks! Like maybe some cool nighttime hangout spots or themed parties!

I had a decent stay at novotel. the breakfast was enjoyable and conveniently located near my event. the staff was friendly, and while my room didn’t have a traditional view, I was still able to see Bay Street and the bay, which was a nice surprise. the room itself was clean, spacious, and featured a comfortable king-size bed. I also loved having a separate living area and the option of using the bath spa was a lovely bonus.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to lovely restaurants and the beach right outside, making it a great spot for a short getaway. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was sensational, and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive. there were a few hiccups during my stay, like the confusion with room keys and a lack of cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was pleasant, and the views made it worthwhile.

The newly renovated property is in a prime beachside location. Rooms are spacious and modern. the buffet breakfast is outstanding, featuring barista coffee. the staff provide excellent service. Various restaurants and bars are nearby for convenient dining options. 🌊.

It was a pleasure being close to the esplanade walk, providing a lovely place to unwind after busy days. Though the hotel was undergoing renovations during my visit, I appreciated the convenience of being near the beach, as well as some of the other amenities like the bar, where I could enjoy a refreshing drink in a relaxed atmosphere. the proximity to local attractions made navigating my work obligations less stressful.

The elevator areas had a noticeable smell of mould.

Had a fabulous time during my business trip! The location is just perfect, right by the stunning waterfront—totally a great spot to unwind after a long day. The views from my room were absolutely amazing, especially from the huge balcony where I could chill out with a drink. Plus, the friendly staff made check-in and check-out super smooth. On the flip side, I had some trouble with the shower size; it was quite cramped.

What i loved most was the amazing breakfast with a beautiful bay view! 🥞 the location is perfect – right by the beach and close to great halal restaurants. Just wish the omelette was better. a lovely stay!
