LOVED the cozy room with a breathtaking view of the city! Definitely coming back. Even better than in photos.

The hotel's location is killer, right across from the ferry docks, and there's heaps of shops and stuff around for a stroll or a feed, even Macs and the cinema across the street. We loved our water view room upgrade - the scene with the boats was insane, and the bed was top-notch comfy! the only bummer was the $10 carpark fee and fuss finding a spot late at night, but overall, it was crackin' stay! 🌟

I keep returning for city breaks. First stay, staff kindly lent phone charger. Hotel suits me perfectly – Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre, In-room breakfast. Grateful for Luggage storage, Bar, and Restaurant. Plus, rooms have Elevator, Electric kettle, and Flat-screen TV. Everything I need.

staying at Novotel was a pleasant experience. the modern vibe was refreshing. loved the playground by the boardwalk and the friendly staff. the spacious room with a comfy bed and view of the water was delightful. a convenient location near shopping and restaurants. delicious Asian cuisine at the on-site restaurant and a nice walk to the lighthouse added to the charm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with everything we needed close by. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered good value for money and had a variety of options. we were impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of our stay.

Great location with beautiful water views from the balcony. Unfortunately, no balcony furniture was provided. The room had only one chair. Friendly and helpful staff in all departments. Lovely ambience in the restaurant with a view of the water. Big bed and spacious room close to shops, foreshore, and cinema. Reasonable price compared to other places. Central location within walking distance to shopping. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Amazing view from the room.

The staff is attentive and always willing to assist. Despite some negative experiences mentioned by other guests, the breakfast options are varied and delicious.
