We had an amazing time being located in the heart of the city, with easy access to CBD attractions and great restaurants. The room was clean and tidy with a plentiful breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and helpful with amazing concierge services. Our room had comfortable beds with refreshing air conditioning and great lighting.

The lack of attention to detail with regards to the air conditioning was a bit disappointing for such an otherwise wonderful stay.

We chose the hotel for its central CBD location and it did not disappoint. It must be one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels we have ever used. The decor of the room was tasteful and restful with a comfy kingsized bed and great shower. Having a sofa in the room was a nice touch. The ongoing renovations had no impact on us, and we even got a substantial discount. The proximity to city shops and restaurants was perfect, with popular attractions like Federation Square and Southgate just a short walk away. The airport transfer set up inbound was great.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious and diverse food options in the restaurant, and the excellent conference facilities. The workout area and pool were also top-notch, perfect for couples looking to relax and stay active. The location, although in a bustling shopping district, was convenient for those who enjoy being close to the action.

This place was amazing! It is located in a very upscale neighborhood and close to the city center, making it super easy to get around. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing great room service and making arrangements for us. The rooms were very spacious and included in-room amenities like an ironing board and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also had a great outdoor pool and sauna, which was an added bonus.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with great service. The staff were always readily available to help, making our stay a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The included breakfast was decent and free wifi was a nice touch. We also loved the heated pool, it was a great way to unwind after a long day.

There were a lot of issues with our room. the air conditioning was broken, the room was stuffy and was either too hot or too cold.
