The location and food were superb. The staff in the dining room were excellent and had a great sense of humor. The view from the room was excellent and the walking tracks were well maintained. We had a wonderful few days.

the tranquillity of the place was unmatched, and we were able to indulge in our love for photography by capturing the stunning birds in the area. the retreat's friendly animals added to the overall charm of the experience. the staff were incredibly informative and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the glow worm tour and had the pleasure of meeting friendly fellow travelers. the guided walk of the Taloona Creek circuit was truly outstanding, providing us with unforgettable memories. the location and views from the retreat were simply breathtaking, especially during the mesmerizing sunsets visible from the bar area. the comfortable rooms and the range of activities offered, including guided walks, talks, and documentaries, fully showcased the uniqueness of this place. We cannot wait to visit again.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a magical rainforest. The location, situated at the top of a mountain, offers breathtaking views of the valley. The attention to detail in the rooms with a 'Valley View' is impressive, and watching the sunset over the mountains is simply stunning. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, making this hotel a great value for money choice.

Situated in a breathtaking rainforest, this unique retreat offers a natural escape like no other. Guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding national park, indulging in guided nature walks and bird watching documentaries. The spacious and well-equipped rooms ensure a comfortable stay, with separate rooms to minimize noise. The staff's friendly and attentive service, particularly by Lucy in the dining room, leaves a lasting impression.

The towels provided were thin and old, requiring an upgrade to enhance guest satisfaction.

The complementary cake and tea during check-in was a nice touch. the views were stunning, especially during sunset. the location was secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet holiday.

The room felt outdated and in need of renovation. the bathroom had a strong mildew smell and the shower was not very clean.

As youngsters, we were blown away by the incredible views and the variety of activities available at the retreat. The spacious villas with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for two couples sharing. We loved relaxing in the spa bath on the balcony and the sauna was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen and cozy log fire made us feel right at home. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome and providing fantastic customer service. The cafe offered affordable and delicious coffee and hot fruit toast. The beautiful sunsets and birds visiting the balcony added to the magical atmosphere. the retreat offered a true wilderness experience and we wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all the great walks.

We had an amazing time at O'Reilly's with our family. The room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, we found the overall cleanliness to be satisfactory. The location of the retreat was perfect, with easy access to the check-in area and restaurant. We also enjoyed the fun activities such as glow worms and the flying fox. The food served in the restaurant was prompt, and considering the remote location, the quality and price were reasonable.
