As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's convenient location, being just a 15-minute walk to Surfers Paradise Beach and Broadbeach. The quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay, away from busy restaurants. The 19th-floor view was breathtaking, and the spacious room with a huge bathroom exceeded our expectations. The excellent shower pressure and the good quality toiletries were a bonus. We also enjoyed the enormous balcony, where we had coffee and pastries while admiring the view. The super king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, making us wish we could have stayed longer.

Felt like in a fairy tale, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach and shopping center. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach and directly across from the tram. The rooms are spacious and offer great views. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

One negative aspect was the attitude of the night staff, which could have been better.

Had a blast during my Thanksgiving vacation! The staff were really friendly, making us feel welcomed from the minute we walked in. The breakfast buffet was impressive with lots of fresh and delicious food options. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, and close to all the major attractions. The best part was the gorgeous view from our room which made every morning a delight.

The expensive parking, just like everywhere else in the area. It can put a damper on your vacation budget.

The upgraded room on the top floor had stunning ocean views with 3 balconies. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the spa baths in both bathrooms were a highlight. The front desk staff were exceptional and provided all necessary information. Will definitely book here again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I can't get enough of the in-room spa! It's mind-blowing! The rooms are always clean and offer jaw-dropping views. The tram stop right outside is super convenient. The location is fab – close to the beach and main area. The room is spacious and offers a stunning view from the private balcony. The hotel staff are friendly and provide fast check-in. The parking, swimming pool, and spa & wellness centre are top-notch. It truly felt like home, and I'll definitely be back! 10 out of 10.

The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The bathroom was also impressive, with a corner spa bath and separate shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We also appreciated the convenient parking and great location near the tram stop. we had a fantastic stay at Oaks and would definitely recommend it.

One small drawback was the lack of a breakfast buffet option. It would have been nice to have more variety for breakfast.

This place is fantastic! On my first night, the staff provided amazing service. Located next to the tram stop, I was able to get around easily. I also loved the fact that this hotel offers a leisure spa & wellness centre, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, with great views of the ocean from the balcony. I also appreciated having a desk to work easily.
