We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It's so convenient being on the main street in Gladstone, as we were able to easily explore the area and find great dining options nearby. The staff here are exceptional, providing top-notch service and making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including a kitchenette and a balcony with a stunning view. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel and were quite impressed with our experience. The location was fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and with easy access to the foreshore area. The views from our room were absolutely stunning. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including room service, laundry facilities, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

This hotel is situated in a great location right in the heart of the city center, within walking distance of several restaurants and close to the convention center. Some of the rooms have a lovely view of the harbor from the balcony and are equipped with a kitchen. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good-sized bathroom.

The noise level is high at night due to the nearby pub.

The Oaks exceeded my expectations with its modern and well-equipped facilities. The room had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit was a treat. The location was also great, close to the town center and within walking distance to the harbor and parklands. I also appreciated the security feature of using the room card to activate the elevator.

Well-maintained property with immaculate and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to various restaurants, pubs, and the Marina. Enjoy the water and lookout views from some of the rooms and the nice small balcony. Appreciate the secure parking option and the available swimming pool and gym facilities. Friendly and accommodating staff provide a smooth check-in process.

Although we enjoyed our stay, the limited and poor television channels, as mentioned in a review, were a small disappointment. Additionally, the short period of free internet access and the difficulty in gaining access to it, as highlighted in another review, was a bit frustrating.

During my Easter trip, I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room. the location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. I loved the large windows in the room that provided a beautiful view of the surroundings.

My stay was quite unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. the sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

As business guests, we loved the convenient central location, close to restaurants and the marina. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us.
