I had a fantastic stay at Oaks! the reception staff were excellent and very caring. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many places. I particularly enjoyed the views from my room and the comfort it provided. the kitchenette was well set-out, making it convenient to prepare meals. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring the city, being close to all the main attractions and transport options. We enjoyed great views of the convention centre and the brand new stadium. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with our needs. We also loved the breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

The WI-FI was a bit patchy, but this didn't detract from our overall experience.

The pillows were a bit too fat for us, but that wasn't a big deal. the hotel's location was a key factor in choosing to stay there, due to its walking distance to the museum, gallery, central market, and airport bus. we appreciated the fact that our room had a bathtub, as it was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Our room had an unpleasant view from both windows, one looking out to a car park and the other to an office building. This meant that we didn't get much direct daylight and had to keep the lights on the whole time we were there.

The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. I enjoyed the pool and spa, although it would have been nice if they were open later. I would recommend this hotel.
