As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the modern and clean bathroom facilities at the resort. The water park was a great place for kids, and there were plenty of activities and amenities to keep them entertained. The location was convenient, with shops, the main shopping strip, and the beach nearby. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast team was friendly and welcoming.

We recently stayed at an Oaks resort property and were pleasantly surprised by the extensive facilities offered in our two-bedroom villa. The villa had a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and two toilets, which were wonderful amenities to have. The beds were comfortable and the villa was clean and tidy. The highlight of our stay was the amazing kids waterpark, which kept our 3.5-year-old entertained for days. The resort's location was convenient, with a supermarket across the road and a variety of shops and eateries within walking distance.

Centrally located and quiet. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Great pool and spa with delicious food. Comfortable except for the beds.

Air conditioning struggled to cool the rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time! The location was so picturesque, with a beautiful waterlily-filled pond right outside my room. The staff at the reception desk were so welcoming and helpful, even changing my check-in date last minute without any hassle. The room itself was clean and came with great amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, were great for unwinding after a long day.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this venue. It was great to have everything I needed, from the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area to the outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre all in one place.

The bar area was fine, and the location was close to all the shops. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant was near the Lagoon on the wide Lawns with lovely wildlife roaming around. The amenities for young kids were perfect, with a waterpark and jumping pillow.

There wasn't enough shade around the waterpark and pool for families, and the pool area was hectic.

We had a great weekend with the family! The resort had amazing facilities for kids and adults alike. The waterpark was a hit with the little ones and the mini-golf was fun for everyone. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the restaurant had great food at reasonable prices.

There were a few negatives to our stay. Our room was not cleaned properly and we had to ask for extra towels and supplies a few times.

Nothing to dislike.

We were impressed with the water park and slides at the resort. The kids loved it and we parents had a good time too. The buffet breakfast was delicious and fresh. The rooms were spacious and clean. we had a very enjoyable stay.

The location of the resort was not ideal, as it was at the opposite end from the facilities, making it inconvenient for all family members to access. The playground also lacked seating, making it uncomfortable for parents to supervise their children. However, the room was modern and comfortable, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was also great, offering a variety of options. The waterpark was a highlight for the kids, providing a safe and enjoyable experience. the resort had other activities for families to enjoy.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, as the cleaners did not clean under the beds. This was particularly problematic for families with little kids who often drop their toys under the bed.
