Conveniently located near public transit and cafes, these spacious and clean rooms offer full kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, and soundproofed balconies overlooking the train lines. The staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs, even going out of their way to switch our room to meet our preferences. The multiple bathrooms were a great bonus for families or groups. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

We stayed in a room with cooking facilities, which was convenient to stock a small amount of food in case we were too tired to go out to a restaurant. The location was superb in the middle of the city close to transport, and the view was beautiful in a tunnel formed by tall buildings opposite. The gym had ample equipment and the indoor pool was warm, serving as a pleasant feature during the colder season.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions in the area and we could easily meet up with friends for dinner in Chinatown. The room was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the sitting area and dining table, as well as the kitchenette with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The staff were very accommodating and fulfilled all of our requests at the reception desk without any issues. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the leisure spa and wellness center, including the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

our recent stay at a 2-bedroom apartment in Sydney was fantastic. Oaks truly exceeded our expectations. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city, and the clean and modern apartment had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and the on-site parking was very convenient. We especially loved the pool to cool off during the hot days.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and well-equipped apartment, comfy bed, and fantastic location near bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

The staff were responsive and customer service was great. the location of the hotel was very convenient- within walking distance to most of the city venues, making it an excellent choice. the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and we were impressed with how comfortable and cosy it felt. We appreciated the complementary items offered, and it was a good way to unwind after a long day out exploring.

Although the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with another room, the bathroom was not clean, and we found a big dirty mark on the bathtub. the hotel experience could have been great, but some attention to detail would greatly improve customer experience.

We stayed at Oaks Castlereagh Suites for a week and it was the perfect location for our trip. The newly opened light rail made it so convenient to explore the city and even travel to the airport. The hotel is in the heart of the Asian quarter, close to Central Station, Paddy's Markets, and the Capitol Theatre. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with separate areas for the kitchen, bedroom, and lounge. The balcony on the 25th floor offered stunning views of the city. Despite some minor wear and tear, it was great value for money.

The bathroom was in need of an update, with loose sliding doors for the shower causing water to puddle on the floor. the bed, being two single beds put together, was uncomfortable due to an indentation where they connected.
