The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs. It was conveniently close to the Southbank area, where I had to attend a conference at the nearby Convention Centre. The tram stop, just a stone's throw away, provided direct access to the CBD, making it easy for me to explore the city during my spare time. The room I stayed in was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city skyline. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options.

There were some minor issues with the room preparation. On arrival, I noticed that there were no towels or toiletries provided, and some of the doors had grubby fingerprints on them.

New building, clean rooms, good location near DFO and tram stops. Music in the lobby, lovely staff, nice view of Southbank. Daily room service, provided useful items, convenience shop downstairs.

The location, buffet breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful view, arcade games, easy car access.

The location of this hotel was perfect - close to both CBD and riverside restaurants, while maintaining a serene environment. The bar staff was amazing. Our luxurious needs were fulfilled with the fully stocked snack bar, and the breakfast in the room was a cherry on the top.

Cleanliness was lacking in our room. We discovered strands of lint and bits of tissues on the carpet.
