had an amazing stay at the resort in broadbeach. celebrating my birthday and everything was perfect. the comfy bed, excellent outdoor pool, and sensational views exceeded my expectations. ocean pacific resort - official truly impressed me.

I loved the challenge of the thrill rides - who needs to feel safe when you can have an adrenaline rush?

the location was amazing, just a short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and close to public transportation. the ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. it was my 5th visit and i couldn't be happier with the convenience and surroundings.

During my business trip, my director chose Ocean Pacific Resort - Official for our stay in Broadbeach. the gym offered an array of machines to keep me on top of my fitness routine, while the sauna provided a great chance to catch up on some personal time. the great view and good-sized apartment, along with the excellent location on the light rail and bus routes, made our stay enjoyable and convenient. Easy access to various amenities and attractions within a short distance added to the overall positive experience.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's just a stone's throw away from beaches, Pacific Fair, and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. You can easily walk to Broadbeach Central in minutes. Being right across the tram stop makes exploring the area a breeze. the apartment we stayed in had a breathtaking ocean view, and it was spacious and well-equipped. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was a great spot to relax and take in the view.

To enhance the overall experience, the hotel could improve on their check-in process by ensuring a more welcoming and efficient approach. having the ability to program keys for more than one floor or adopting a key card system would make it easier , especially larger groups, to move between units without having to constantly meet up in the lobby.

Loved the location and balcony view at the place, and the facilities were great too. the swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were fabulous spots to relax, and the beach access was a bonus perk. Noticed some minor wear and tear in the apartment, like a sagging lounge and a fidgety roll down blind, but it didn't ruin the chill vibe overall! 🌊.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was clean and modern, with a large and comfortable bed. I loved the view of the beach and ocean from my room. The swimming pools were amazing, and the lush tropical gardens added a touch of luxury to the hotel. I was very impressed with this place.

My only recommendation for this hotel would be to request a lower room if possible, as the front bedrooms can get quite hot from the sun in the morning. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Great bed, spacious unit , all necessary electrical appliances, enjoyable shower with massage, fun jacuzzi with time limit.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the modern apartments were so well equipped, with a kitchen and a washing machine and dryer that made our stay very comfortable. the hotel's location is premium, close to the beach and shopping centres, it was easy to walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and grab presents for the kids. the beautiful view of the sea from our apartment was just breath-taking.

The only negative aspect we would point out is that the wifi was slow. However, it wasn't a big issue and it was fun to spend some quality time offline for a change.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this resort for a great stay in Broadbeach.
