I had a great time staying at this place! The location was perfect, with Glen Waverley restaurants just next to the hotel and Glen Shopping Mall within walking distance. The service was top-notch, and the staff made sure my kitchen was cleaned after I raised my concern. They even left a bottle of wine as an apology. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV.

The apartment was not well maintained and cleanliness could have been improved. the bathroom tiles were not properly cleaned and there were visible stains on the carpet.
