My wife says that the hotel should offer a Kids' Club for additional child-friendly entertainment.

Clean, modern, and such great value for money. the housekeeping staff were amazing, friendly, and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect. the hotel's location was superb, offering a nice city view. Being close to Chadstone Shopping Centre was a huge plus for shopping lovers like me. the king room we had was just perfect, with a huge shower and a super comfortable bed.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level due to the hotel's location on a busy road. It made it a bit challenging when the balcony doors were open.

Enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool, felt like a fish out of water. the 18-hole golf amenity was a hole in one! Free WiFi saved me from boredom during a boring work trip.

Minimal food and drink options for non-Asian customers in the grocery store downstairs were a bit off-putting. the kettle in the room had some stains which detracted from the otherwise clean look of the room.
