I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent rooms at Ovolo. The minimalist decor was stylish and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the unexpected perk of a free mini-bar, which added a nice touch to our stay. The staff at Ovolo were extremely courteous and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite our short stay, we were impressed by the overall quality of the property.

The value for money was excellent, with an all-inclusive policy that covered everything from the mini bar to the delicious pastries at breakfast. The location was fantastic, surrounded by amazing restaurants and in the free tram zone. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. the staff was incredibly attentive, the room spacious and comfortable, and the freebies like the mini-bar and happy hour were a nice touch. the blackout blinds ensured a restful sleep. the relaxation was further enhanced by the proximity to landmarks like Fitzroy Gardens and the Melbourne Cricket Ground, providing perfect family bonding opportunities.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in close proximity to major neighborhoods and tram stations, allowing for easy exploration of the outer areas of Melbourne. Additionally, there were numerous great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. One standout feature was the hotel's close proximity to the Princess Theatre, which came in handy during intermission when I used our hotel room loo instead of waiting in line at the theater. The room itself was comfortable and trendy, with a separate bedroom and a small kitchenette area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of pastries, and the hotel also had some great facilities, such as a free mini bar and complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste with mouthwash.

The only drawback was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, which resulted in having to open the door to let steam escape and dry off.

The hotel was perfectly located in a bustling district with plenty of good eateries close by. the staff were incredibly attentive, professional, friendly, and helpful. the complimentary nibbles and mini-bar were a thoughtful touch.
