The kitchen was excellent, clean and well organised. En suite shower room was also excellent. Pool was clean with good loungers. Location very central. Room with private bathroom was clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were nice and helpful. Good vibes between travelers.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the Ozzie Pozzie Backpackers! The hostel exceeded our expectations with its clean and tidy rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra facilities they offered, such as a reading room, film watching area, and games room. The kitchen was also a highlight, as it was lovely and clean, making cooking a breeze. The hostel had a great atmosphere, with just the right amount of people, so it never felt overcrowded. Not to mention, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a cozy atmosphere, with a great pool and comfortable common areas. The availability of bike rentals for a small fee was a great way to explore the area, and the free movies in the movie room were a nice touch. The sunrise surfing experience offered in collaboration with a local surf school was definitely a highlight of my trip, highly recommended!

Great atmosphere, clean rooms and good facilities. The pool area is relaxing with hammocks and the location is close to the beach. I would recommend Ozzie Pozzie Backpackers - Port Macquarie YHA for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

the beds were already made when I arrived and they were incredibly comfortable. the lounge area was open 24 hours, which was perfect for me as I had a midnight bus to catch. the staff were friendly and understanding, and even allowed me to continue using the kitchen and toilets after I checked out, which was a huge convenience. the kitchen was well-equipped and the common areas, including the games room and lounge, were amazing. it was a quiet and cozy hostel with a homey atmosphere.

We stayed in a private double room with a shared bathroom. The room was spacious and the sink was a pleasant surprise. The toilet and shower facilities, although shared, were clean and easily accessible. The kitchen was well organized with a large fridge and individual food boxes. The hostel's facilities including the pool, ping pong table, reading room, and TV room were great. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the town center, and there were plenty of activities in the surrounding area including beautiful beaches and a Koala Sanctuary.

That there was only a fan in the room, which could get warm depending on how close the bed was to it.

Facilities - pool, ping-pong, game room, reading rooms - excellent. Friendly reception staff, well-equipped kitchen. No waiting for bathroom/toilet. Large, clean toilet. Helpful reception staff - allowed us to use hoover and printed documents. Clean, comfortable dorm. Well-maintained pool with plenty of facilities.

Lovely surroundings, close to the beach and shops, wifi is good. the complementary basket of fruit and bottle of water were a nice touch. the staff was attentive.

The rooms get too hot during the day, and the fans provided do not work properly. the bathrooms are small and cramped, and often poorly maintained.
