For the price, had to BYO body wash and do the dishes—bit cheeky, mate.

The property was in a good location near Surfers Paradise. The apartment on level 12 had stunning ocean views, a homely feel, comfortable beds, and ample storage space. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. some apartments were not well maintained, with cleanliness issues and disruptive noise concerns.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the beach from the 14th floor. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a cordless vacuum in the room, which was a lifesaver with kids around. the pool area was well-maintained and a great spot to unwind.

One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. Some guests have reported arriving at their allocated apartments to find them in less than desirable conditions, with issues like old water in the washing machine or a lack of cleanliness overall.

The apartment was a bit far from the heart of Surfers Paradise.

The database had a great location, just a pleasant 15-minute stroll from the main shopping area of Surfers Paradise. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the Gold Coast.

the lack of a locking mechanism on the balcony door was a bit concerning, as it made me feel slightly uneasy about leaving valuables in the room.

I loved everything about the property! the view was just amazing! the location was the best thing about Pacific Plaza. the tram stop was just a few stops away and could easily get around very easily. the beach across the road was perfect for morning swims and the sunrise view from bed was spectacular. the facilities like the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access made relaxation effortless. Being close to landmarks like Infinity Attraction and Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre made family outings enjoyable and memorable. the management was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay even more pleasant. the only small downside was the need for cleaning supplies in the room.

I could book my tickets to theme parks and enjoy the fitness center with an ocean view. the private balcony was perfect for admiring the lovely ocean. I felt super pampered at the full-service spa.

having stayed in gold coast before, was pleasantly surprised by pacific plaza. the fantastic views, excellent staff, and convenient location made it a standout. enjoyed easy access to the beach, tram stop, and nearby markets on select nights.

The hotel offers incredible value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, just across the road from the beach, and close to everything you could possibly need. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms make it a perfect self-contained apartment. The rooms are well-appointed with two bedrooms well apart from each other, located on the 10th floor with expansive views of up-and-down the coast.

The views from our apartment were breathtaking, we had a beautiful view of the ocean from every room! the apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our romantic escape comfortable. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough, but we were able to disconnect and enjoy our time together. the apartment was a bit outdated, but it was still cozy and functional.
