We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room during our romantic escape. the curtains blocked out the morning light, allowing us to have relaxing sleep-ins. the staff were very helpful and provided us with great suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as we were able to take leisurely walks and explore the surrounding area.

The kitchen in the room was poorly equipped, making it difficult for us to prepare meals. the lack of utensils for grilling and the absence of microwave oven containers made cooking a challenge.

The location of this hotel is excellent - it's close to everything you'd want to see in town, there are shops all around, and it's easy to hop on the tram to get to Gungahlin. If you're looking for food options, just ask the staff for recommendations - there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with daily cleaning services and comfortable beds.

The hotel has some significant downsides. Housekeeping is not available on Sundays during school holidays, which makes it difficult to keep the room tidy.

The location of this place is great, close to shops, restaurants, and the Tram Station. I really enjoyed the service, the staff went out of their way to assist us, particularly with the elderly. The room amenities were fantastic, especially the kitchenette with everything that we needed for cooking and washing our clothes.

The staff were a bit understaffed, so they had trouble answering phones and providing what we needed quickly. However, I would still recommend this hotel to others.
