Charming Accommodation with Friendly Hosts

the nautical and beach themed decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the highlight for me was the beautiful backyard garden and the welcoming hosts, Sue and Paul, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the only minor downside was the occasional inconvenience of the hosts' 4WD parking close to the entrance.

the staff went out of their way for us, providing a very late check-in and being amazing throughout our stay. the outdoor dining area was lovely, and breakfast included in the price was very generous. the beach access was perfect for walking to the foreshore, just a short walk away. the friendly hosts made us feel right at home and offered great advice on the local area.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation. Some guests parked their vehicles very close to the entrance, making it a bit tricky to navigate with luggage.

Super close to the beach and tons of cool spots. Rooms were spacious, backyard was perf for chillaxing. the hosts Paul & Sue were hella cool and their dogs were adorable. Snorkelling gear was epic!

Would've been even more rad if they had a bonfire pit for late-night chill vibes.

The location of the guest house was perfect - in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and the convenience of shops being nearby. The rooms were well-decorated and felt cozy, just like being at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for things to do in the area. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. the guest house provided great facilities and a comfortable stay.

We found that the water temperature in the bathroom was inconsistent, sometimes being too hot and other times too cool.

The free communal BBQ facilities at the parks along the coast were a blast, just like feeling right at home in their fully equipped kitchen. Safety first with all the detectors! Biking and laundry for all.

Wrestling with luggage past the giant 4WD and dodging falling rainwater was a delightful challenge.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel which fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. Its location was perfect with beach access just a short stroll away. the leisure/TV room and outdoor dining area were a pleasant surprise, along with well-maintained BBQ facilities and garden area. Our private facilities were top-notch, and the room advantages exceeded our expectations.

One minor issue was the difficulty in getting past the parked large 4 wheel drive which was parked too close to the door and front wall.

This city hotel was a delightful, friendly, and warm experience. the staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and immaculately clean. We appreciated the excess of food, and the milo and chocolate drinks. the hotel's location was also a plus - very close to key locations and restaurants. We enjoyed the free and excellent laundry facilities, which saved us a lot of trouble and hassle. the wifi was also stellar, which helped us stay connected with family and friends back home.

To be honest, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel! It exceeded our expectations in every aspect and provided an amazing city trip experience.

amazing stay for my birthday in rockingham! palm beach guest house exceeded my expectations - friendly staff, perfect room, and great communal area for relaxing. loved the penguin island tour and swimming with dolphins. would stay here again without hesitation.
