I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The room was spotless and had everything I needed - even a dining table and patio! The staff were friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The outdoor swimming pool was so refreshing and the sun loungers were a great place to relax.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is opposite a derelict shopping center and has a river view at the back. It is also close to stores, making it easy to shop. The rooms are clean and tidy, with amenities like a kettle, toaster, and bar fridge. The staff is accommodating, allowing guests to check in early and store their bags. The underground parking is a great advantage for guests.

Finding a parking spot can be difficult at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and had a fresh and welcoming decor. I especially loved the curtains, which effectively blocked out almost all light at night. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the beautiful harbour and its scenic walks. Additionally, there was ample off-road undercover parking available, which was a great convenience. With all these great features, paired with the affordable room rate, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

Great surprise upon arrival with a complimentary room upgrade. The balcony was spacious and had a nice view. The room had a kettle, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities. Although there were some minor cleanliness issues, the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. a decent option for a short stopover.

I recently stayed at this place and I gotta say, I was impressed. The refurbished rooms were excellent, with a courtyard overlooking the canal - perfect for relaxing with some drinks and snacks. The location was fantastic, right on the edge of the CBD, and there was a Coles Supermarket & Liquorland nearby for all your supplies. Smoking was allowed in the private courtyard, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the cleanliness was beyond reproach. Plus, they had a squash court and a pool area - great facilities for some fun and relaxation. Palm Court Motor Inn offers a great value for money and ticks all the boxes for comfort and convenience.

When it comes to cons, I really can't think of anything negative to say. The place felt quite safe, and the staff were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

My car had a hatchback boot, so I made sure to park in a spot where the plumbing pipes wouldn't interfere with the opening. It was a smooth process and saved me from any inconvenience during my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a short walk to the town center and waterfront facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, lounge area, desk, and balcony. The amenities provided, such as a TV, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities, were all in good condition. my experience at Palm Court Motor Inn was pleasant.

The room had a slight smell of smoke, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom was in need of renovation, with a cracked shower base and peeling flooring.
