Had a blast at this place - the resort is a total package with all the nitty-gritty, and the cheerful staff really make you feel at home! the kids had a blast with all the activities offered, they didn't even care about going out! the outdoor swimming pool was pure relaxation, and the aqua park was a hit with the whole fam! Not so much a bummer, but the bathroom needed a bit more elbow grease - just watch out for the slippery shower! 😊

i had an amazing stay at paradise resort. the dusty digs deluxe rooms were top-notch, and the staff exceeded expectations. the kids club was a great escape for some alone time. no chance of a dull moment, with staff always going above and beyond.

The room and view were subpar, with noisy surroundings and cancelled activities, but staff were friendly. the water park and poolside bingo kept my son entertained. the place smelled moldy, slow service, overpriced food, and questionable cleanliness. Parking fees were exorbitant and facilities substandard. the room was a haven of comfort amidst the chaos. I'd return for a taste of the tropical high life but prep for a bumpy ride. Oh well, c'est la vie! .

We loved the central location, making it easy to reach popular spots on foot, like the boulevard and esplanade. the property itself was fantastic for the kids, offering a plethora of daily activities including water parks, outdoor and indoor play areas, a heated pool, spa.

We recommend this place to friends without hesitation.

the kids loved the activities, staff were friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. some maintenance issues in the rooms and cleanliness concerns in the bathroom were a downside. Would return off-peak for another visit.

The kids couldn't get enough of the thrilling waterslides, pool, and spa. the variety of activities like the pamper parlour and ice skating rink kept them entertained for hours. the resort's family-friendly atmosphere and affordable dining options made it a memorable stay for all of us.
