Additionally, the units are near the beach, making it convenient for guests to take a short stroll and enjoy the sandy shores. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with facilities such as a full-sized fridge, microwave.

Some guests would have preferred a washing machine in the units.

Stayed over Easter with my family. the place is well located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach. the units are spacious and clean. the beds are comfortable. the kitchen is adequately equipped. the unit has access to a free parking space.

The place is outdated and needs a major renovation. the sofas and chairs are old and uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - nestled in a nice quiet street, surrounded by lovely gardens. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially liked the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy for me to cook my own meals. The hotel also had great facilities, including a sun terrace and a picnic area, which were perfect for relaxation.

We recently had a wonderful 10-night stay at a cozy holiday unit. The unit was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had excellent facilities. The location was perfect, with a park just behind the units and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The owners were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again! I highly recommend this accommodation for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. Despite arriving outside check-in hours, Park Avenue Holiday Units provided clear instructions on how to access our unit. the cleanliness was exceptional and all the kitchen amenities were fully equipped and in working order. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it to others. the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, even giving us a map of the area to explore. Thank you for a wonderful experience. the price was also very reasonable.
