The hotel's great location in Parramatta offered easy access to public transport, making it convenient to get to Sydney. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly during breakfast at Table 30, where my dietary needs were meticulously met. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our family.

The spacious room was super comfy, and the breakfast was a highlight – a real treat every morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making it feel welcoming. A great spot for both business and leisure, with easy access to local attractions!

The highlight of my room was the absolute comfort of the bed, which ensured I had restful nights. Although my view was of the garbage collection area, the overall atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant, allowing me to overlook the surroundings.

One minor drawback was the occasional faint odor from the nearby area, which was slightly distracting. this did not significantly detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

the internet connection was excellent, making it easy to stay connected. the bar offered delicious cocktails and efficient service, while the share plates were good and quickly served. I enjoyed the in-room dining as well, which was prompt and the food was hot and tasty. the staff were all friendly and professional, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

The pool was closed for maintenance, and I wish I had been informed beforehand. Plus, the parking situation was a pain; my car didn’t fit, leading to extra costs. Room service charges made things a bit pricier than expected too. it was a mixed experience!

The complimentary tea and coffee with cookies was a nice touch. the location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

The constant knocking on the door by staff was disruptive and at times insensitive. Renting a movie for $18 was expensive and not worth it.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to shops and eateries on Church Street. It is also conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
