The room was clean and comfortable. Secure pick up of the key was arranged for us. Friendly reception with useful amenities. Conveniently located in central Ayr. Reception open until 9pm and staff were helpful. a pleasant stay.

I had such a delightful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect as it's right in the center of town, just a block away from the main shopping center. The service provided by the staff here was exceptional, with friendly and helpful hosts who made me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully revamped, with simple and neutral colors that gave it a luxurious vibe. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a sitting area and dining table. The bathroom was well-planned, with ample bench space and a lovely rain shower. I also appreciated the little touches like complementary bottled water and milk, as well as the free toiletries provided. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing.

Convenient location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. The motel was situated close to the shops and restaurants. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming and ready to help with all our queries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning provided some much-needed respite from the heat. Another plus was the parking space right at our door.

Lack of amenities and noise. We were disappointed by the lack of a pool or any other amenities, apart from a guest laundry.
