Had an amazing stay surrounded by mountains and Lake Pedder. LOVED the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was generous. Would definitely choose it again! the view was even better in person.

I had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right on the shore of Lake Pedder was absolutely stunning. The views from the restaurant and bar area were breathtaking, and I couldn't help but soak in the beauty of the majestic lake and surrounding mountains. The staff at this place were exceptional and really made me feel at home. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the cozy sitting area where I could relax and unwind. the service, location, and quality of this hotel were truly outstanding.

We enjoyed exploring the wilderness and were lucky enough to spot elusive platypus in their natural habitat. The Gordon Dam was also a remarkable sight to behold. Despite some minor renovations still in progress, our room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventures. The bar/restaurant offered mesmerizing views of the lake, making our dining experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking an awe-inspiring and tranquil getaway in the raw wilderness.

Pedders in Strathgordon is an amazing place to stay! The staff and restaurant/bar facilities were excellent, and the cozy fireplace was a bonus. The dinner service was outstanding, with helpful and responsive staff. The lodge's main room had breathtaking views and provided entertainment with games available. The pool and gym were easily accessible, and the renovations underway will make the place even better. Our room was fresh, warm, and even had a fridge. The restaurant offered good value and high-quality food, and the young staff were great. The location and scenery were simply breathtaking.
