The location of this accommodation was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and cafes. In February, it was a peaceful and quiet setting once the kids went back to school. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings including leather sofas and a solid timber table. The well-maintained gardens and lawns added a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance. Additionally, there was a lovely pool available for guests to enjoy.

The bathrooms in the apartment could use some updating, as mentioned by a previous reviewer.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape. the stunning views of the ocean and the peaceful sound of the waves were just what we needed. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. We really appreciated the bonus of having a private balcony with a lovely view.

The walls of the room were a bit thin, and we could hear some noise from neighboring guests. It wasn't too bothersome though, and certainly didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious sitting area and dining table, and the patio was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient bonus, and having a washing machine and kitchen made us feel right at home. we highly recommend this hotel to all.

Our stay at Pelican Shore Villas was absolutely fantastic. We booked the Two-Bedroom Villa with Ocean Front Views and it was worth every penny. The room was bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, the view of the ocean and river at sunrise and sunset was simply breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from cafes and pubs, and the staff, especially Linda and the other gentleman, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back again and stay at this amazing place!

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety, maybe adding some local specialties would be a nice touch.
