As a couple, we loved the convenient location, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel. The lounge and laundry facilities were a great bonus, and being able to cook breakfast in the kitchen was a plus. The variety of nearby restaurants made dining easy, and the possibility of early check-in was a nice option to have. The hotel staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a nice TV and powerful shower. The lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the luggage storage after check-out, which felt secure. The complimentary eyemask and ear plugs were a thoughtful touch.

Great location and helpful staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including an iron and hairdryer. Complementary tea and coffee facilities were available in the room, and the mini bar was reasonably priced. Perfectly located near restaurants and the train station, making it an ideal location for a business trip.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the room could have been better. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and some areas were not properly cleaned.

Convenient location for rail and Darling Harbour. Recently renovated. Surrounding area could use improvement. Served its purpose for overnight stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right near some great eating options in Chinatown and with bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with great facilities, including much-appreciated windows that brought in natural light.

The location of the hotel was great, close to Chinatown and Paddy's Market. The staff were very nice and friendly. We had a small room, but the bed was super comfy. The shower had good water pressure and a modern design. Despite the small size, the room was clean and well-maintained. Wifi was also available, although a bit slow. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.
