The resort room we stayed in was privately owned and not managed by Pullman, but it was fabulous and highly recommended. The pool was amazing, with a beautiful temperature for relaxing without the cold shock. The location in Port Douglas has a charming and unchanged feel, and we enjoyed being served by friendly British travellers. We found great seafood and a variety of modern Australian and Italian dishes in local restaurants. The nearby Irish Pub and The Beach Shack offered relaxed nights out with delicious pizza and a lively atmosphere. We also recommend visiting Osprey at Thala Beach. The studio apartment was spacious and had an amazing spa bath. It was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed, including a little grill on the balcony and a coffee pod machine. The thoughtful provision of organic quality body wash and scented candles added a luxurious touch. The check-in instructions were simple to follow, and our host Stephen was attentive and even provided a voucher for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our 20th anniversary stay and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a tasteful and cozy decor. One of the highlights was the swim-out pool, which provided easy access to the beautiful saltwater lagoon from the back courtyard. The tropical gardens surrounding the apartment added to the luxury atmosphere. The kitchen facilities were comprehensive, but I also treated myself to take-away dinner from the restaurant, which did not disappoint. The strong and unlimited wifi, along with the availability of Netflix, was a great bonus.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
