The hotel's location is perfect, being close to everything which made things easier for us during our stay. It is conveniently close to shops and restaurants in the city center. Additionally, it is very close to the Arena, making it a great choice for those attending events or concerts. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The breakfast options for children were quite limited, leaving us disappointed.

I recently stayed at Rydges Kings Square for a concert and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast staff, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars, as well as walking distance to RAC Arena. I highly recommend this hotel - I will definitely be staying here again.

The prices for parking were quite steep and there were issues with the TV and minibar. Customer service was lacking as well, with no help offered for luggage and weak communication.

I just loved being stared at by a construction worker while getting undressed in my room with a "view". So lovely.
