The grounds were beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the restaurant manager was exceptionally kind, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed watching the bunny rabbits hopping around. A perfect place for relaxation with a lovely swimming pool and outdoor areas. We also explored nearby landmarks like Southern Highland Wines and Montrose Berry Farm, enhancing our family bonding experience. A memorable stay indeed! Thank you!

my recent stay at Peppers was fantastic. the Garden Wing Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and well-serviced. the country location was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, ideal for leisurely walks. We enjoyed the excellent bed and bathroom amenities. Mark at reception was welcoming, and the complimentary drinks for our anniversary were a nice touch. the restaurant service and food were exceptional, with a wide variety of options.

We had a relaxing stay at a charming retreat nestled in the countryside. The beautiful gardens and wildlife roaming around added to the tranquil atmosphere. The staff, especially receptionist Emma, were lovely and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the cozy sitting rooms with fireplaces, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was convenient and quiet, allowing for a peaceful getaway. The shower had excellent water pressure which was refreshing.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the beautiful gardens of the NSW highlands provided a peaceful country setting that was perfect for a romantic getaway. The onsite 18 hole golf course was a highlight for us as avid golfers. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, from the friendly reception staff who gave us a warm welcome to the attentive staff at the Kater Restaurant who provided excellent service and wine recommendations. The food menu at the restaurant was well thought out and offered a great variety of options. We also appreciated the cosy fires and the lovely grounds that added to the overall atmosphere of relaxation.

Upgraded to king room, peaceful surrounds. Enjoyed lunch in Bowral and dinner in Moss Vale. Visited nearby winery, lovely wines and cheese platter. Hotel has pool, tennis court, and golf club. Tranquil surroundings for private conversations. Beautiful bush walk at Fitzroy Falls. Friendly staff, comfy bed, easy parking. Attentive reception, adjustable room heating. Cozy sitting rooms with log fires. Grand reception room for large functions. Well-preserved historical rooms. High-quality breakfast.

The room was cozy with great furniture and we had a lovely view from the window. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. the surroundings were peaceful and we were able to take advantage of the nice walking trail nearby.

The dinner was a bit disappointing. the menu was expensive and bland, with unexciting options.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. Situated next to the golf course, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. The common areas in the main part of the old building were tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting ambiance. The main sitting areas were comfortable and perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a conversation. The mid-level convention center was well-equipped and suitable for hosting events.

The staff at the hotel lacked warmth and friendliness towards the guests.
