The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, and main attractions. This made exploring the area incredibly easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail shown in the crisp linen, plump pillows, and spare blankets. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring that the room was warmed before arrival. a great base for a trip to the area.

One minor improvement would be the addition of a set of drawers in the room for those staying for more than a couple of nights.

During our stay, we were delighted by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The warm welcome upon arrival made us feel instantly at ease. We were provided with valuable recommendations for local attractions and even enjoyed discounts on paddle steamer tickets. The inclusion of a windscreen squeegee was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore. we had a marvelous time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Spent Christmas with my family and had a great time! The room was clean and comfortable with enough pillows and warm bedding. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bottle of milk for our tea and coffee. The location was perfect, near a shopping area, cinema, and a supermarket. We also liked that there was free Foxtel movie channels, which was a nice addition to our Christmas movie marathon.

The bath mat kept sliding and was hard to keep in place. We could hear some road traffic from our front room, which was a bit noisy, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

We would highly recommend this place to our friends.
