The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. The apartment was well-designed and had lovely furniture. The management and staff were nice and helpful. The spa on the deck was a great feature.

Convenient location close to restaurants and attractions in the city center. the comfortable rooms and amazing amenities were definitely a plus during the stay.

The climb up the stairs to the apartment was quite tiring. Some basic facilities were not up to par and could use an update.

The apartment we stayed at was beautifully appointed and had a spectacular view. The furnishing was excellent and had all the modern conveniences one could ask for. The large outdoor patio area with a spa bath and BBQ was a bonus. We loved the retractable awnings and the bifold doors in the lounge that allowed a lovely breeze through the apartment. Each room had its own air conditioning unit, ensuring our comfort. The hosts were very helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, just down the steps through the forest to Hastings street, making it very close to all the amenities. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen and a utility room with a washer/dryer. The hosts were friendly and even left a lovely little Christmas hamper outside our apartment on Christmas Eve.

The cleanliness of the floor could have been better, as it seemed a bit dirty when we first arrived.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk through a beautiful bushwalk to the buzzing Hastings street and the stunning beach. The staff at this place were so friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a tour of the property. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large outdoor patio area complete with a spa bath and BBQ. The retractable awnings and bifold doors added a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the breeze and the views. The air conditioning units in each room made sure we were comfortable at all times.
