We loved the spacious room and the beautiful views of the river and yachts. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen with a fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary barista coffee was a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the harbor. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions. Another advantage was the breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few things that I didn't appreciate during my stay. First, the room was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures, making it quite cramped for four adults.

They were super professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to love their jobs, which is rare in the hospitality industry. The hotel offered many services and amenities that enhanced my comfort, such as room service, bicycle hire, housekeeping, and a grocery shopping service. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, sitting area, and a comfortable bed. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

Location was perfect for Christmas holiday, close to beaches and with stunning views of the river. The apartment had a spacious and open plan layout, with a dressing room that provided ample storage. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of space in the lounge area of the two-bedroom apartment was a bit disappointing, especially during the Christmas season when we wanted to relax and spend time together. It would have been great to have an oven in the kitchen for preparing our Christmas meal.

The complex is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The reception area is inviting, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The location is great, overlooking the river, making it a perfect spot for dolphin spotting. There are two pools, indoor and outdoor, a heated pool and spa, and a floodlit tennis court. The apartment kitchen is well-stocked, and there are freezer meals and other supplies available. The apartment itself is perfect for a group of friends, with two separate rooms and two TVs. The morning breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is a winner. The gym, table tennis, and other facilities were a bonus, especially on a rainy morning. The value for money is good, making it a great option for a relaxing family stay.

The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. They offered to change our room when my husband wanted a better view and even offered to move us again when a better room became available. The Biology toiletries provided were fantastic. The location of the hotel was super close to the sights in Fremantle, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities, including the parking and lift access, were great.

The facilities in the room were excellent, including a dishwasher which was a convenient addition. We also made use of the outdoor pool area, which was a great spot to unwind. The hotel provided laundry facilities, which was a bonus when traveling. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, meat, cheese, and pastries. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The parking lots were a bit small and narrow, especially for big cars, making it feel slightly unsafe to park in between. However, despite this minor inconvenience, we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at Pier 21 Apartment Hotel for a few days while visiting Perth. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had excellent facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. I loved the option to either cook our own breakfast in the apartment or enjoy the breakfast area where the chef was very accommodating. The location was convenient, with the train station within walking distance for easy access to Fremantel and Perth. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river and yachts. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was modern. a fantastic hotel with great amenities!

The apartment had a great location, with a balcony overlooking the river and marina. The view was lovely! The facilities were outstanding and the apartment was nice and clean. It was also very close to Port Beach and there were great restaurants and bars nearby.

The apartment was quite small for four adults. The bathroom being shared between the bedrooms was inconvenient, especially since there was no exhaust fan.

Great location! Close to the airport and easy to check-in and park our car. No extra charges for parking, which is a relief. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The room was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere and even an open orange juice bottle from the previous guests in the fridge.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room we were eventually moved to was bright and spacious with a lovely view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Swan River, walk paths, and the town center of Freo. The staff at Pier 21 were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We also appreciated the convenience of being just a few minutes away from Fremantle and a shopping precinct. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the kitchenette and communal laundry.
