I had an amazing stay at the Platinum Apartments. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and I even received a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Melbourne.

The location of the apartment was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the tourist sights of Melbourne. We were able to explore the city easily, as it was close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, the apartment was in proximity to the business district, making it convenient for business travelers. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, with amenities such as shopping cart, umbrellas, and extra kitchen amenities. The view from the apartment on the 34th floor was also breathtaking, with sweeping views of the river and the city.

It was small and had no windows, which made it difficult for the family members who had to stay in that room.

The only minor issue we noticed was the worn carpet, which could have been replaced to preserve the overall luxurious atmosphere. However, this was easily overlooked given the numerous advantages and benefits of staying in this hotel.

The apartment had amazing views and was equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine. The location was perfect and we were able to easily access shopping and all the city had to offer.

We would have liked to have had a bath for our young one, but we didn't realize we needed to request it beforehand. there was a large deposit required upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient.
