Lovely old house run by a friendly couple. Clean room and well-set common areas with a homely feel. Great location at the top of Horseshoe Bay with magnificent balcony views. Perfect for families, we'll definitely return one day.

Our stay at Beach House YHA was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal, with all the local attractions and eateries just a short walk away. The hostel itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. We loved the retro vibe café and Hotel Elliot nearby, and the beach was just a nice stroll from the end of the street. The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful, and there were plenty of board games, books, and even a ping pong table for indoor entertainment. we had a smooth and pleasant experience at Beach House YHA and would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed at this place and were blown away by how great it is! The location is so convenient, right in the heart of town. We loved that there were bicycles available to hire, and the staff were really helpful with arranging airport shuttles and tours. The room was lovely, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden. The hotel also had a flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch. we couldn't recommend this place enough!

It may not be the best choice for families.

Fantastic staff. En-suite family room with balcony. Beautiful views and proximity to the beach. Generous and helpful hosts. Impressive kitchen facilities. Complimentary beach access amenities. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great facilities for a youth hostel.

Breathtaking views and an excellent communal kitchen were the best aspects of this heritage hotel. The hostel was located in a convenient area, with shops and the beach within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was an on-site laundry available for use.

The walls were paper thin, and the wooden floors were creaky, which caused some noise disturbance.
